Outside of rear drive gear
Ok, this video clearly shows the gear plate not quite centered. Look close to the axel.

Inner plate
This seems to show that mounting plate not quite level with the gear. This I MIGHT be able to tweak without taking the whole wheel off.

Motor slipping???
Ok this I only discovered after uploading video. Motor slipping side to side on it's mount. OMG!
